About Me
Glenn McCausland (known as the "Squirrel") is a former University of Toronto Football player. It was there where he played a pivotal role in the team's 1993 Vanier Cup Championship https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XlAXWSFh0A0. He was named the MVP of that game and set a Vanier Cup record for the longest punt return for a TD of 81 yards. Glenn went on to be drafted in the 3rd round of the CFL Entry Draft to the Ottawa Roughriders and played in the Italian Football League for the Roma Gladiatori. His last stop was with the Toronto Argos. Glenn's passion for coaching and developing youth talent in the sport of football was the catalyst to starting the "Squirrel Football Academy". It is at the academy where participants learn fundamentals, accelerate their skill development and achieve "Success on Purpose".
